I was a bad girl at breakfast and dinner yesterday but suffered no ill effects, in fact down a few ounces(almost a pound since my last weigh in day before yesterday. Woohoo!!!!Mu encouragement is when I start to see some progress.

Thanks for the encouragement. My problem is that I have to be careful not to have to much "fun"! Lol!!
