Today's wins: 1. Pushing through the entire 1 hour yoga program (taking breaks as needed but always getting back to it) 2. Refraining from the multiple sweets that were present in our office's kitchen today (including but not limited to pineapple upside-down cake, shortbread cookies, gingerbread(?) cookies, and a giant bag of candy - m&ms, nerds, twix, etc) 3. Maintaining fairly low-carb eating despite eating out for both breakfast and lunch 4. Getting 8+ hours of sleep last night 5. Shoveling snow even after the exhausting yoga session

THAT is tough! Shovelling snow after an hour of intense yoga? Way to go Ghenne! Went through that yesterday myself, minus the yoga! Shovelled the roof at the cottage, no less than 2' deep in almost 0F temp. Today it's even colder so the rest of the snow stayed on the roof as I'm afraid I'll freeze up there and topple off into a snow drift (and no one would find me - LOL!)

Holy cow that sounds miserable! Luckily we only had 4-6 inches here, and I only had to shovel the sidewalk! Stay safe :)
