What a great end to 2013! Not only I end it dropping 50lbs, but in addition to going to a soul cycle class, I stayed away from alcohol all night! For those that know me this was a true test to my will; and I won! Now in 2014, I know nothing can stop me! So here are a few of the goals I WILL accomplish for 2014: 1) Obtain my CPT via NASM.. (Certified Personal Trainer) 2) Particiapte in a dualatholon and Triatholon 3) Compete in a fitness competition
I am sure I will have tons more, but these are the ones that mean most to me…2014, NOTHING WILL STOP ME FROM OBTAINING MY SUCCESS!!
