I guess I'm starting over again. *sigh*

I am going to be doing the Couch to 5k program as well as the 100 push-ups, 200 sit ups and 200 squats programs. I am SERIOUSLY looking forward to getting started. I'm not jumping right into them yet, but I will be doing a few of each every night until my challenges start.

I hope it works this time!
