I am officially starting my weight loss tomorrow. I really hope I can stick with it. I keep trying to start, and failing miserably. Starting in the morning I will only be drinking water, and I will walk at least 30 minutes a day. If I can work in the 30 Day Shred, I will. However, with two small children and a house full of adults, that may prove to be rather difficult.
