Well, I cheated a little late last night and had a few bites of chocolate and a sip of champagne and still lost 2 lbs. I also enjoyed some of the food more than I thought I would. I made Brown rice with a lite teryaki sauce and salt and it was really good. Today I might try to make a tomato spinach soup. I am pretty tired and don't have a ton of energy, but figure this is about teaching myself that I can eat healthy and don't have to cover everything in sour cream or cheese. Although I feel like right now, I would just kill for a tortilla or even a cracker. But I lost some weight and am eating healthy and will keep it up. I have nothing to lose except weight. Nothing else was working. I am going to do Dance Dance Revolution for my exercise. That will burn a lot of calories and will be FUN.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well done, sounds like your habits are changing for the better and when we have a bit of chocolate and candy it's not really cheating but more of a reward, the trick is not to overdo it but just have a nibble.

One of the best things of this "DIET" is that it helps refocus my attention on what healthy eating is, and that our bodies need that good food, and that the junk should be used sparingly. Its nice to have a treat once in a while, and know that the healthy food is what your body craves, and if you do this, and work-out your pounds will drop!

Eating health will take some getting used to, but once you body gets used to it you will start enjoying things you never thought you would. I never liked cooked veggies before this and now I can't get enough of them. And don't be hard on yourself when you sneak a bit of something or a drink of something, like someone told me once this a forgiving diet, you are the one that chooses your destiny. You will do just great!
