Ok - made it though the trip to New Orleans and the Merry Christmas holidays. Things were real slow at the time, but thanks to a nasty stomach bug in NOLA, I ended the trip without gaining any weight!!
Over Christmas I was a bit of a yo-yo, but started back heavy-duty on the workouts, so all should be evening out. Ready to be done with the weight plateau....yet I have noticed that my clothes continue to get looser!! YEAH!
