Good Morning, Well here we are, stuck in the fog once more. Good news, I'm back to my Pre-Christmas weight ( 179.4 lbs ). I weigh in on Monday Morning and I think I will have reached my December goal to get back in to the 170 pound range - I didn't care if it were 170 or 179.8 lbs, just to see that number is AWESOME!!! My Low Carb Plan is on track. Tomorrow I start my I. F. ( Intermittent Fasting )program at 1 P.M...... Marlene.
