That's the best fasting blood sugar yet!
BM++ Slept well last night and got up and let the dog out with the first alarm, then went back to bed for another couple of hours and up at 8:30 feeling well rested. So got my 8 hours of sleep.
Only 1 wake up I can remember during the night for pain in hips, and turned over and it relieved.
Wt 190 on my scale this morning No apparent edema in feet and legs, left ankle still sort of sore, and right heel stinging (dont' know if is achilles tendon or heel spur) as it is not on the absolute bottom of foot, only "corner" of where heel meets bottom, but up from bottom.
Did some bicep curls last night with 10 pounds of wt. 10 reps to failure using David's weights. arms not sore though.
Rode stationary bike this morning, but didn't seem to get my heart rate up too high, sill only 75, and BP went up to 145/75 so need to do some more and build up.
SODIUM: Breakfast 200 mg Lunch ZERO Snack: 350 (vanilla pudding! Was surprised at how high the sodium content was) supper: bread 160 meat 100 turkey 100 total 900 mg
