weighed in at the doctor's office yesterday. i was appalled by what registered on the scale. it said i weighed 163 lbs! i can only attribute maybe 3-4 pounds for clothing, so i figure i weigh about 160 pounds. that didn't seem to stop me from eating 2 slices of key lime pie last night, and another slice, plus cookies today!
i need help!
i am back, and adding to my journal for today... because i just tallied up my calorie total for the day.
when i actually have to type out what i have eaten today, and see the calories totalled up, i can see why i have been gaining weight lately. i consumed over 1,600 calories today and didn't really eat that much. what i ate is the problem.
i think seeing what i am eating each day, in print, will help somewhat. also, allowing others to view my journal should make me feel guilty enough to attempt staying on track :o)
