Ok back to working out
Did 30min walking last night
Yesterday ate
3/4cup of SB cereal with fat free milk
sugar free pudding snack cup size
1 skim milk string cheese
1snack cup size of unsweetended applesauce
2 cups of beef stew
3 eggs with cinnamon and 1 spenda( who ever put this on the site is a geniuse it is great and really does taste like french toast!!)
1 scoop of mock ice cream with 1tbsp of pb.
Looks like I ate alot!! but they were all small portions

Today plan on 30 min walk 20 min turbo jam
eggs for breafest
and no carb teriki chicken

Isn't the "French Toast" awesome??? I had gotten the recipe myself a couple of years ago when I first tried South Beach, and it was probably the only recipe that I kept making long after I'd ditched the diet. Like you said, it's genius! :)
