Well teach me a lesson on not eating certain foods again. I love chinesse food and would eat it all the time but not since Jan 1 when I started the diet. Well I cheated the other day and had some(was oh so craving it) let me tell you my stomach has still not forgave me!

been really bad and haven't worked out in 5 days, it was such a long weekend at work and then on my last two days off all I wanted to do was lay with my guy and veg out. I felt the not working out tho I had no energy to do anything.

Well sure Ill get a workout in tonight were getting pounded with snow and my driveway will probably have about 3 feet of snow by the end of my shift.
165.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I ate Chinese food on Saturday & the MSG gave me a migrane & I guess the grease upset my stomach. I don't think I'll crave that stuff again for a loooong time. I need to start working out again too. We were all sick the last few weeks & now I've fallen out of the habit. So I'll make a deal with you- I'll exercise if YOU exercise too!!!

Maybe I just have a really good chinese restraunt, but they don't use MSG in any of their cooking, and as long as I stay away from anything deep fried it's not greasy either. Because so many people are allergic to MSG, most places will keep it out of your food on request.

Yeah all you have to do is tell them NO MSG in the food and they will honor it. i would also ask if there is sugar in the food you want to order as well. :)
