Well this was an unpleasant surprise! I didn't sleep very well though, so it was somewhat expected. I just hope that's the only reason for the sudden weight gain though, and that, tomorrow, the weight will go down again. I exercised yesterday but not today. I seem to subconsciously avoid exercising every day without interruption.

On the positive side, I managed to log all the food (I think I didn't miss anything) from yesterday. Yey! :)
134.7 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Exercise can cause muscles to retain water to help them heal, or maybe you just had too much sodium yesterday. Drink your water and keep going. You will be fine.

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. It's eye opening.
