Ok, I am going to try protein only for a few days and see what happens.....I have 25 days till my cruise and I haven't hardly lost anything even with being diligent....Doctor says it will happen I just have to keep at it....hummmmmmm Please protein drink do your stuff.....

Only protein for a few days will deffinately help, You need to drink lots of water to flush those fat cells out of your system.
