I feel like I did good today overall, although I am looking a little portly all around I think.
Exercise today was good and included:
35 min/ 9 miles on the bike
20 minutes weights
10 min/ 1 mile run
30 min floor toning (sit ups and legs)

Eating today was good, although I have not been counting points, but included grilled salmon and veggies for dinner and overall wholesome snacks throughout the day. I am hoping to see the scale come back in my favor this week. I will swim tomorrow night, then it is off work work I go starting on Wed. That will be a change of pace for me but I think it will be good too.
