HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE...

What happened?
I gained weight.

Why did it happen?
I binged on chocolate last night.

And what did I promise myself a week ago?
Not to binge ever again.


Let me try again...
I'M NEVER GOING TO BINGE ON ANYTHING!
98.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You can't beat yourself up over this. You have to give yourself credit for all of the days you didn't binge. From the looks of it, 6out if 7 days is pretty darn good. It's what you do most of the time that matters.

Thank you so much for your comment. I was having one of those crappy (excuse my language) days since Friday, and another bad news hit me yesterday that made me comfort eat the chocolate again. Even though it didn't reach more than 1000 calories, I was disappointed by myself. I was stressed out this morning and had to look up (physically) to prevent my tears from dropping, but I swam after my homework so I feel fine now. Hope you have a great day (or night, if you live in the same time range!) :)

Hey dont be so hard on yourself :/ gaining a pound is barely any weight gain- it might be PMS? You might be constipated or retaining water because of excessive salt..there are various reasons why you could have gained a pound. Dont worry at all, it will totally go away :) just keep up with good eating and some moderate exercise, you can do it <3
