Good Morning. A busy Morning. I went to the rehilibation center to pick up mom's laundry. I had to go up to Castle Rock and take photo's of this 1992 Jeep we're selling. Now I can relax and watch NFL Football the rest of the day, with a nap thrown in later this Afternoon. Well, I'm still on track with my Low Carb Program - AWESOME!!! I'm really starting to think I can and will reach the 170 lb range by or before the end of December!!!1...Marlene
AWESOME job Seattle Seahawks!!!! Just 1 more win and we clinch home field advantage through out the NFL Playoffs.... :) :)
