Had a great weekend. back to work on the road this week and feeling great about my progress. 10 pounds down and starting to pull in fitness options. Walking to and from work for 40 min per day and going try and hit the gym this week.
Planning my meals is mandatory, I find that I am able to stick to a menu and continue to stay focused if I look at the whole day in advance.
