Had a pretty successful weekend for the most part :)... Went to a bar friday night.. and b/c i knew what i would be drinking.. i planned for 2 pints of beer... adjusted my days calories around those.. and drank much less than i planned on!... didn't get much sleep, and had an all day training saturday. So i kept it light in the morning.. had a half salad for lunch, and kept it together b/c i had a party saturday to go to. I tried to pre plan for what i'd eat since i knew what the menu was for the most part.. but i did drink more than i wanted to.

Another super late night...

Pretty much a zombie, went to the 2nd day of training sunday morning... had a salad for lunch, and a big plate of mixed salad greens and a couple of turkey burger patties for dinner.

After this whole weekend i was only up .4 lbs!.. i was pretty excited about that!.. and my fingers are puffy and sore so once i get back on my water regiment i'm sure i'll be back to normal..

For me to do the things i like, and not really have a change in the scale is to me a SUCCESS!!...

Unless i weigh in tomorrow morning at the same weight i'm not gonna log the .4 increase.. but just for the record

Day 6 171.8 -1.2
Day 7 - No weigh in
Day 8 172.2 +.4

net loss as of today -10.6

thanks ladies!!!... i did lose the .4 i gained plus another .2.. so i guess i'm safe for this weekend..!
