Today went pretty good. Almost over on my carbs, due to vegetables, but still within the range. I slept good last night, but I was SO tired all day today. I am feeling better now (evening) than I have all day, but still pretty tired. Goal now is to not eat anything else tonight. Maybe have a cup of tea.
