Just got back from 2 weeks in China. I ate like a glutton - xiaolongbao dumplings, odd street food, 7-11 junk food, and lots of sugary drinks. I'm surprised I gained only 1.6 pounds; must've been all the walking.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 46.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
