I have been away from this site, gained weight and have started back. It seems to be a roller coaster ride. Let's commit to head down the mountain to the home stretch.

Hope today goes well for everyone. For this hour, I will eat well. If I succeed,I'll try for the next hour. Setting small goals can make it easier.

Rewarding myself with a sticker for a goal I meet works for me. I did that when I tried the "no food after 8 p.m. routine. I put the sticker on my daybook calendar (which I use all the time to try and remember what I am doing LOL). For some reason it really motivated me. I did not want to have a date box with no sticker. Crazy, eh?

When I finished my 30 days (my goal)unfortunately I stopped keeping track and headed up the roller coaster hill again.

Today is a new day. I will be glad and rejoice in the new opportunity to do well today.
