Home for the weekend and sticking to my diet 100%. Going to hit the gym this afternoon for some weight training. Starting to get in to a habit of calculating my food before I eat. What a difference in how I feel in the mornings. I am needing less sleep and having much more energy. Down 9 pounds in 2 weeks only 77 to go to hit my first goal.
252.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
