This was really the holiday challenge for me. Next week will be even tougher but I will make it through. Hopefully I will have a breakthrough of a pound loss and not just maintenance.
174.8 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
