Hi!
I did well for Thanksgiving. Enjoyed foods I normally don't: potato filling, corn, pumpkin roll. Surprisingly, I was able to omit the gravy!
Still trying to make exercise habit, but I know I can do this!
20 pounds to goal.

159.0 lb Lost so far: 44.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week
