For some reason today, I have come to the realization that I want to live a healthy life and maintain a healthy body weight. I need to stop making excuses and over indulging on sweets and other bad foods. I have to take my health into my own hands and stop being lazy. Today, I will go to the grocery store so I can make a healthy fiber based meal that will last me a few days and freeze the rest. Today I commit to me.
