back on the wagon, no more drinking for me. It just messes everything up! I always end up raiding the frig. Today is day 3. Feel good about it but still a bit edgey. Haven't had time for exercise but it is not forgotten.

I get together with my girls every so often for drinks. I used to be a party snacker... so we've decided to keep a bowl of celery and/or soy nuts and/or rice cakes out whilst we partake. It fills me up, keeps me from being a fridge viking, and is low cal. Actually, Celery is considered anti-caloric, as it takes more calories to digest it that it contains!
