Not been journaling, but think I need to get back into it. I am so busy all the time, I hardly find time to get on here and track throughout the day. I have been doing a little reasearch here and there and am pretty convinced that until my hyperthyroid is stabilized, the weight ain't gonna budge. I have read testimony after testimony of women with my levels struggling with weight. I definitely have not been perfect, but even with all the good days and not so good combined, surely I should have seen something. I am starting some natural supplements that help with stabilizing the thyroid. I really don't want to take drugs. So, I am trying that and lowering my daily cal intake and seeing what happens. I'm also lowering the carbs. High carb intake is known to bother hyper and hypo thyroid sufferers. Anyways, pressing on and not stressing. This is in God's hand. I am His and I'm going to do my part and let Him do His.
