Jeez, I slipped a little and 3 lbs came back on. It's very disappointing. I've never been one to try one diet after another, but I'm toying with a few things this year. I was doing P90X diet and exercise, but I didn't like how much I had to rely o protein bars and whey protein to get the diet right. I'm starting a Carb Lovers 7 day kick off plan today. I plan to do at least 3 cardio sessions a week and hopefully some yoga and weight training as well. In the new year, I plan to do the P90X exercise program again but without the diet.
124.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
