I'm down another pound! I'm loving the new Weight Watchers plan (PointsPlus). I felt like I ate a lot more last week and still lost my pound.

I have now lost 61.8 pounds since beginning my diet/lifestyle change/weight loss journey/etc. :-)

As for my "Lose 50 Pounds in 2010" goal? I'm 1.2 pounds away from meeting it!!!

And, I'm only 3.2 pounds overweight. :-) :-) :-)

I'm very excited about where I'm at, and very proud of myself for hanging in there. Anyone reading this and think that losing a pound a week is nothing? Just remember that a pound a week adds up to more than 50 pounds in a year. Which is what I've done in 2010, and I'm so happy!
158.2 lb Lost so far: 45.8 lb.    Still to go: 14.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
