Back on antibotics for this infection in my tooth (mouth). I already had a root canal this week on it. Why isn't it feeling better yet?
I hate taking antibotics and advil cuz they make me retain water and gain weight!!! My scale this morning wasn't looking too good. It showed I gained weight. Oh well, I will try to stay on plan and see what happens. The past couple of days I haven't been making good choices cuz I can't taste anything and I don't want to make decisions.
Another day today. . . . .

Just keep it in perspective...it is the medicine causing weight gain, not you lack of healthy choices :)

Stacie, Thanks for the encouragement! I will see you at team tonight. I feel bloated and "fat" today so look for me to bust butt tonight!!!!
