This is after 2 days of binging & little sleep to get through the last 2 days of the semester. Back on track now, and I'm lowering my calorie allowance from 1400 to 1200.
167.4 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
