I have no idea what happened. My only thought is that I didn't each much throughout the day, yet caught up with my calorie limit by eating a lot for dinner. Maybe after my semi-fast throughout the day my body didn't do as good of a job processing all the sushi I had for dinner. Gotta try evenly pacing my calories throughout the day.
157.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It sounds like sodium. If you dipped sushi in to soy sauce, there's a butt load of sodium in it. Sodium can make your weight go up temporarily. Drink plenty of water today.

Thanks for the advice! I think you might have been right, my weight flatlined over the weekend, when I had quite a bit of sushi (two meals, then leftovers the next day) - but it has come down over the last couple days since I've gotten back to my more hydrated habits!
