Today I consumed <20g of Carbs...feeling very depleted as I haven't had enough sleep this past few days and I believe my macro ratio (1:1):(fat:protein) is quite a bit off still. Seem to be shortening myself about 500 calories or so. Refeed/CarbNite in T-minus 2days.
