My first attempt at an "official" CarbNite done right. Not sure if I took in enough carbs, however, looking at the chart, seemed pretty good. Felt absolutely great the next morning, even on 5hrs of sleep (supposed to go to bed shortly after the donuts...waited 3hrs while gaming) So..I believe it was a success. Couple things I'll change on Thursday (next CarbNite).

Horrible day...for eating that is....We were at Universal Studios Islands of Adventure all day. Forgot to pack my chicken, so I went about 5hrs before eating my first foods and it was merely a Turkey Leg. Then didn't get dinner til almost 6hrs later at Buffalo Wild Wings...had a big burger and 2 of my sons chicken wings...not sure if I took in enough Fat for the day and not knowing how "accurate" these cal listings are for BWW, I'm pretty sure I was ok with eating the bun on the burger, seeing as how I had 0 carbs (and practically food lol) all day. Felt good this morning (25th) when I woke up, so..we shall see. The goal was for some HIIT (Sprints) or a Heavy Workout, however, with being at Universal, not possible. As stated yesterday, Have a few adjustments I would like to make for this upcoming CarbNite (Turkey Day!!) So I will try and make those few adjustments and see if it becomes really dialed in!
