On the road home from South Texas...in a hurry and very few food choices available...I kept the calories down under 800 but I did not get in enough protein. I have to do MUCH better.

Home now and very, very glad!!

I was in Lose 10 lbs. in 10 Weeks and I thought I was just leaving that page but now I cannot even find the challenge!! What did I do??
