Almost 2.5 pounds! Trying to keep up the good work! I'm excercising, and I'm doing it right in front of my TV with a stationary bike! It's working! It's working!
I feel so different then how I use to be when I calorie counted. I keep up with my numbers, but not in the stressful, painstaking way that I used to.
I'm working, and I'll keep doing it. The numbers are going down!
