CCM93's Journal, 15 November 2013

A pound and a half! That's what I'm talking about! Know I haven't done a journal in three years, but I realized when I was doing that journal was when I was doing my best and got down to my lowest. Taking this little time to reflect on the past week is good! Now to reflect on the 100 pound gain.

Several things happened over the course of the past years:
1. May 2011- Got engaged! (That's good news! And I even lost more weight after that!)
2. August 2011- Started college
3. December 2011- Started to gain my own individual understanding of my beliefs (this had been happening over a few years), and told my parents I wouldn't be celebrating Christmas anymore. This received very negative, even abusive feedback.
4. March 2012- Started a job
5. May 2012- Got married! (Also good, except for the weight gain that supposedly comes with it)
6. November 2012 to April 2013-Tried to get back in the game, going back and forth, until my sweet mother-in-law got in the hospital for pneumonia, and lost her life due to a surgery they did.

Now I'm here, and I'm just getting back on the right track. My lovely sister-in-law is getting married in a year, wants me to be the Matron of honor, and I haven't been comfortable in my clothes for about a year and a half. I want to make myself a high-energy, ready-to-go MOH that she needs, and I know it involves the will of my lord, fatsecret, and the excercise bike.
