Well, look at it this way. Many people hate showering, laundry, cleaning, working, ect. But there are some things we need to do as adults. In order to lose weight and live a long healthy life, exercise is important. So start finding something you might enjoy. On days I can't motivate, I grab some music and go for a walk. There are tons of different classes and dvds. You can try yoga, pilates, zumba, etc. I really would like to try cross fit. Even just getting out for a walk a few times a week is good. Put on a pedometer and aim for 10,000 steps a day. My sister made a game of it and lost a lot of weight that way. I've actually gotten to the point where i miss exercise when i don't do it. Try some new things, you might find something you enjoy.

thank you Suzie that's really a very good advice. I will start with walking then i will see if i can take some interesting classes. I thought that i should exercice using machines or i should follow a certain program, but from your suggestion it's like just grabing a choice and not stick to a certain type or level of exercice.
