Wt stayed the same but it's OK,. Working out has made feel really good and have much more energy. Dang a long day I'm tired. Usualy getting ready for be but the chiefs have a 7:30 game. Morning will be tough.

Garage is much cleaner still have some to do. Worked out there till almost dark. Have been cooking since. Ratatoulli, cauliflower soup, sauteed cabbage and apples, bread (took one to a neighbor) and am putting tamales together. Hopefuly they will be ready for the steamer before 1/2 time had to get a bite to eat.
