Need start take more rest days off from workout my shoulders are killing me.
Did some long hours at the gym this past week, weight myself looks good but thing it more due to water weight. I don't how person can run a marathon.
215.4 lb Lost so far: 79.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
