Worked out pretty hard yesterday, that Cardio MAX DVD that I have is KILLLLLLER. I remember the first time I did it I only did the warm up, cardio level 1, and cool down and I was crying every time I moved the day after. Lol,but now I do level 1 and 2 with the warm up and cool down and I'm just slightly sore the day after. YAY! It seems to hurt worse if im sitting for very long, or when I first wake up in the morning. The more im up walking around and doing things at work or around the house I dont feel the soreness as much. I walked on the Treadmill today for my full 45 minutes. I felt it at first but about 15 minutes in the soreness pretty much went away.

Thing I need to work on: Getting more protein. Apparently I should be eating anywhere from 93-107 grams of protein a day, and today I got a little under 60. So I'm going to try to work on that. I really enjoy those Snickers Marathon Bars, so I may pick a few of those up for this week.


It feels good to be back on a schedule again. Its not such a bad thing to slip up occasionally. For me at least, it reaffirmed my belief that I like my life better this way. So hopefully the slip ups will soon become nonexistent. :)
