I actually wasn't completely dreading working out last night. It was kinda nice. I went in with no set goal and just went at it. I actually went for longer than I have before. It was kinda refreshing.
186.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
