Weights down from a "water weight" high of 198...I let that one slide, but I did drop my calories to 2000 a day. Don't know if that is too low, but I needed something drastic after a fatty week. I'll keep an eye on my calories and keep them around 2k - 2200 a day. Hopefully that will rev up some weight loss. Still having trouble nailing these calories, but try try again.

Decent workout today...I did a free day of biceps and triceps which I never really hit directly so I felt like giving it a go. Played some ball afterwards, but my feet where tore up from balling in Chucks...Never again.

194 is my 300 stand...Going to turn the corner to the 180's starting today. Gotta draw a line in the sand and go hard or go home. OH yeah, I felt shitty afterwards like I had the flu for the rest of the day...I'll keep on eye on that and hope it isn't a sign of overtraining. I hit the gym 4 times this week, but like six times last week. So, I might scale back the frequency and focus on intensity. Seems to drop off a bit the more I go since I use the frequency as an excuse to slack a bit...Doh!

Wanted to mention just how piss poor my diet is recently. I mean i got to get through these nuggets...LOL they might be killing me. Getting crazy amounts of sodium...Today was especially bad, I felt (coincidentally?) piss poor and didn't feel like cooking.

Never much paid attention to my sodium levels, but since logging calories in this app, I realize just how crazy loaded fast foods are with them...I guess you understand this almost intrinsically, but to have the number staring at you in the face makes you accountable like no other.

Not too educated on how high sodium levels might effect the body aside from the typical blood pressure and heart issues, but even that stuff is a mystery to me. Off to google and expand my mind, Craig.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
