As of now, I know what I need to do but I procrastinate... alot. Now, I am taking matters into my own hands. I need to work out more, strength and cardio. Also, watch what I am eating and see what I need to stop eating like candy. Today I am eating oat meal and milk. The weather is not hot but not too cold. I will be riding my bicycle soon :) Later, I will do about 200 squats at the least and then, 30 lunges. I have already warmed up so my knees won't act up. Hopefully, this will help my procrastination lower by a lot and gain my motivation to be more active and love life.
