I had my period! Great! Now I am going to want to eat bars of chocolate!
But at the same time I know that if you don't eat this kind of stuff when you are having your period, the body uses the body fat for fuel! So you lose weight:-))))
I don't know if this is true though:-))
Well, I am going to stick to my diet and won't eat any kind of sweets:-)
People started to tell me that I lost great amount of weight. So that it means my weight loss became visible. That's niceeeee:-)
Yesterday I wanted to enter in those pants that I have bought once but i couldn't fit in. I still have lots of kilos to lose but I am happy at least I saw the 60s:-)
I just walked yesterday I didn't find the courage to work out I only did some crunches because of the challenge I participate.
Today I plan to run and enjoy some aerobics stuff. I have to sweat and lose weight:-)
Positive things about me: Today I am a little bit grouchy though because of my period I have lots of pain! It is always hard for me.
But I will try to be positive.
I do crunches everyday.
Sorry I don't feel like it today. I have lots of pain. Maybe later

Take it easy during your period; I find that if I try too hard while on my period, I'm more likely to cheat or do something that will hinder my diet. If you ease up on the things you can jump right back into (cooking difficult meals, exercise), you're more likely to stick to what you're doing and be able to go back to them after your period! That is a good point. I am feeling thinner but it's "that week" for me and my weigh-in today was a gain. I am trying not to be too hard on myself for that but I am disappointed. I guess I can just try to get back on track for next week.

Hey. Youre following Weight Watchers too right? Well, isnt the point of WW that you can eat whatever you want but in portion control?? Anywho, my point is, if you are craving sweets (and i hope this isnt TERRIBLE advice) then allow yourself something small. Like have just one M&M. Or have a mini snickers. They say that if we cut out things we love completely then we are more likely to go crazy later. If you allow yourself to have just a taste, its better than none at all. Or you can do what I do when I want sweets, I bought the WW cakes that are tiny little 1 point only cakes. They do the trick during "that week".

The problem is that once I start eating sweets I don't know how to stop. Taht's unfortunate. I am afraid to lose control and gain weight. :-((

I eat a lot of fruits now guys. that really helps:-) Bananas, oranges really help me through this period. I am happy:-)
