Having a hard day today. I look in the mirror and all I can see is fat! I know that I've lost weight and continue to lose weight, but today I just can't see the improvement. Today I just see a FAT MIDDLE AGED woman that has so far to go.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not giving up this fight, but today the goal seems very far away! Maybe it is the miserable weather putting me in a funk. I just am not feeling the successes today.
Tonight will be an hour in the gym. Then grilled pork chop (I grilled them yesterday while the weather was nice) and some currently unknown veggie. We will be baking cookies for my daughters friends and cupcakes to celebrate on of my ladies 95th birthday tomorrow. I will be sending the cupcakes and cookies away with out eating any!! I hope to manage to not taste the icing, but every once in a while you have to have a tiny cheat!
