I have been on Atkins now since Nov 04, 2013. When I follow it exactly with 20-25 Net Carbs I lose the weight right now! I lost 3 lbs. in 2 days so far.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
