This morning sucked. I wanna lose weight fast scheme. I also wanna keep it off. I know that I have to work at it. I am questioning my fat and carbs in what I have eaten in the last 2 day. I have to find a balance somewhere. Before church this morning I found a really neat website by a registered dietitian. It had a lot of great tips and also some helpful caculators to break down what i need to do. I said a prayer at mass this morning to stay strong. I am doin' this for me. First time i have put myself first for something:)

You are doing a great job! Just remember that you didn't gain the weight overnight and you won't lose it overnight either. This is really about a lifestyle change which is good because you will be less likely to gain the weight back. Just stick to the point system and I promise you will lose the weight. Just do one day at a time...you will get there!

The new Points Plus is really great. I can't say enough about it. I lost 3.4 pounds this week.

I would suggest increasing protein and veggies and decreasing carbs, and I think you should actually be eating more (good news right :)You are doing great!
