MY 60-DAY LIQUID FAST
Counting Down To My Slim Down
Day 56/60


As I mentioned yesterday, I am suppose to carb load on average 70% of my calories on Saturdays. So, load I did. I had my regular routine of shopping and errands. I treated myself to a large slice of cheese pizza and a root beer. My stomach had shrunk so that typically easy piece of pizza took a bit of time to eat.

Running around new york city on a cold December day on a full stomach of greasy cheese is not that much fun. I felt a bit gross. Add in my left over halloween candy later that day and a heavy dinner, I woke up today feeling pretty bad. My muscles are sore most likely from the subway stairs but overall I just don't want to get out of bed. The direct opposite feeling I had yesterday morning full of energy.

I know, I know...its painfully obvious. The carb load day is meant to teach you how to eat quality carbs to counter balance the bad feelings crappy carbs bring on. I will research what foods people are carb loading on and prepare myself for next weekend.

I just know I never want to feel like this again...Ugggg
